We offer $10 flat postage on all orders(excluding bulky resources) and Free postage on order above $200
DO WE OFFER LOCAL PICKUP?
Yes, we do offer local pick up. Use code, "LOCALPICKUP" at checkout.Pick up times and days can be discussed via email.
HOW DO WE PACKAGED OUR RESOURCES?
Depending upon the item, we pack our orders in shipping boxes/scarves/gift bags that have been used before. We ensure that the used packaging are strong and sturdy and protect your products. This is an environmental initiative.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER DISPATCHED?
All orders are packed and dispatched within 48hours (excluding weekends and public holidays.
If you order resources that are marked as "available for preorder" with resources in stock, your order will be put on hold and shipped at once, when all the resources are in stock
If you require express shipping, please message us before placing your order.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive. Please note, Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. We are not responsible for any delays caused by custom clearance, processes, postal or courier delays. Please be aware that you will need to be home to receive the goods. Deliveries are made between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. If you are not home, a card will be left in your letterbox and you will need to arrange collection at your post. Unfortunately, Couriers and Australia Post will not supply day or time of delivery details. If you do not pick up your goods in time, they will be returned to us.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Tracking numbers are provided via email once the resources are dispatched, so please ensure that your email address is entered correctly.
DO WE OFFER REPLACEMENT, REFUND AND/OR EXCHANGES?
We check our resources before dispatch to make sure that they are not damaged. We also take great care to wrap them carefully. If however, you received damaged resource, please send us an email ASAP (within 24hours of receiving the order) with photos/ videos showing the fault/issue with the resources. We aim to respond to all emails within 2 working days with options - return the resources and choose replacement. For more details, please click on the link Refund policy

DO WE OFFER GIFT WRAPPING SERVICE?
We are very sorry to advise that currently we are unable to offer a gift-wrapping service. We hope to introduce this service in the future and apologise for any inconvenience.

Your privacy is important to us. All information collected is only used for the purpose of processing your order. Any personal information that is provided to us will not be sold or disclosed to anyone outside Treasure Trunk.
